國立聯合大學 管理學院

管理學院成立於2003 年，目前院內系所包括管理碩士在職學位學程 (EMBA)；國際管理碩士學位學程(IMBA)；經營管理學系（碩士班、學士班）、資訊管理學系（碩士班、學士班）與財務金融學系（學士班）。日夜間部學生共1,400 多人。本院之教育宗旨為提供完善優良的學習環境，訓練解決問題的專業能力，培育專業之管理人才，並期以企業家之精神激勵學生。

The College of Management founded in 2003 includes Executive Master Program of Business Administration (EMBA) and three departments including the Department of Business Management (with a Master Program and a Bachelor Program), the Department of Information Management (with a Master Program and a Bachelor Program), and the Department of Finance (with a Bachelor Program). There are around 1,400 students in our college. The educational purpose of our college is to build a sound and excellent learning environment, to train professional skills in problem solving, to cultivate professional management talents, and to motivate students with the spirit of entrepreneurs.

本院以智慧管理服務創新為發展主軸，期能結合院內資訊科技、人工智慧、大數據分析、財金資訊、經營管理等的師生專長與知能，發展智慧管理的相關創新應用。本院積極與產業鏈結合作，於2017年成立「管理學院碩士在職學位學程」(EMBA)，提供企業主管及各界菁英自我提升進修的管道，培育具備宏觀、跨領域思維之中、高階管理人才。

With the intelligent management and service innovation as the main axis of development, the College of Management hopes to combine the teachers' and students' expertise and knowledge in information technology, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, financial information, business management, etc. to develop innovative applications. Our college actively cooperates with the industry chain. In 2017, EMBA program was established to provide a platform for business managers and elites to enhance their self-improvement, and cultivate middle and high-level management talents with macro and cross-domain thinking.
